Guyana 2013 Last Episode

On day six I paid a visit to my Uncle’s kitchen garden {via horse cart?} there on the ground was a fallen ripe bat bitten Buxton Spice Mango “Mango tropical fruit supreme” .  I picked it up washed it and cut away the bat bitten area {bats always pick the sweetest and ripest of the mangoes they are mango experts}. I then proceeded to slice eat it up.  Suddenly I heard my uncle say Rowan! “You don’t cut a mango you dig a bite in it”. I had somehow forgotten how to eat a mango. I did just what he said” I dug a bite into the bat bitten mango and the sweet sticky juices started sliding down my throat and flowing down my chin onto my shirt.  When the  mango juice has your hands all sticky and you  start sucking down on the mango down on the mango  seed  and mango flesh get stock in your teeth you have achieved mango ecstasy.  {Buxton Spice} the king of mangoes.
